As the founder and CEO of PPRS since 2004, Beverly Seeman has proven that exceptional vision translates into exceptional care. Her passion for respite and its services comes from a place of personal experience.
Having four children; three with disabilities ranging from hearing loss to Asperger’s Syndrome, she understands and recognizes the need for quality care.
Beverly has acquired a wealth of knowledge through her active participation caring for the unique needs of individuals and families across a spectrum of disabilities. Her expertise with diagnoses includes Down’s Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, global delays, genetic syndromes, multiple diagnosis, and behavior disorders.
By staying active in the community and continuously furthering her education through professional forums; Beverly attracts the best people to provide the most comprehensive care.
Her passion for making a difference within the disability community is truly infectious. With her positive, goal driven motivation she inspires those around her to be their best.
She has created an unparalleled environment for compassion which revels itself through the successful individuals and families PPRS serves.
Joshua oversees all aspects of financing and budgeting for PPRS. He is directly responsible and highly successful for the company’s financial health through his expertise in strategic planning.
His constant attention toward keeping the economic health of PPRS successful allows for company growth to offer a wider range of respite care and its services. Joshua is also the resident expert in federal and state policies, contracts, and Medicaid.
Joshua is a veteran of the United States Army. During his 21-year tenure in the Army he served as an Equal Opportunity Employment Advocate and a Communications Engineer specializing in contract procurement and financial planning for the Department of Defense.
Joshua has three children and lives in Colorado Springs, CO.

Tiffany has been with PPRS since the beginning. Her dedication and hard work are a direct result of have having a son diagnosed with Lladau Kleffner Syndrome and Autism. She also has a thorough understanding of working with child welfare services and the many concerns involving child placement in consideration of each child’s unique and sensitive circumstances.
Tiffany advocates that “You are your child’s best therapist and advocate.” Because of this, she understands the overwhelming scope of disability care and continuously designs easier pathways for staff to successfully meet their goals.
As the resident IT expert, Tiffany successfully guides both staff and providers through all technical processes and never stops her innovative process to continuously improve the flow of information systems.
Originally from Fort Worth Texas, she had loved living in the mountains in Florissant, CO for the past 22 years.
She is an active member within the Teller County community and has a special place for in her heart for foster and adopted children. Tiffany has four children and enjoys traveling, reading, photography, music and snow!
Jessica is an intricate part of PPRS and ensures that all the moving pieces fit together in the field. Her attention to care plans and skillful assessments translates into profound confidence to the individuals and families receiving services from PPRS.
She has an abundance of knowledge specializing and certified in brain injuries. Prior to accepting her current position she has also been a provider of respite services to include both caregiving and homemaker.
Jessica studied Business Management and celebrates the successful execution of managing two residential group homes and the supervision of brain injury technicians.
Jessica loves how rewarding working in the healthcare field is.
Originally from Long Island, NY she has lived in Colorado since she was 6 years old. She is a thriving mother of 2 teenage boys.

Janelle previously worked as a highly accomplished caregiver for PPRS prior to accepting her position as a High Fidelity Wrap Around Facilitator. She understands the full scope of complexities involved with high-level, quality care and demonstrates this through the positive relationships she is able to develop and maintain.
Janell places significant value on embracing the uniqueness that every individual has to offer.
Janell has received her B.A. in Human Resource Management with a Minor in Diversity Awareness from the University of Maryland University College. Currently, she is enrolled in a graduate program in Clinical Mental Health and Counseling.
As a Space Force spouse, Janell had the wonderful experience of living and working oversees at a Japanese middle school.
When she finds time she enjoys the outdoors, crafting, and traveling!
Claire is a highly effective facilitator that masterfully orchestrates the successful execution of care plans.
Her passion for youth has driven her desire to dedicate her career helping in all areas of care deficiencies.
Claire believes that all children deserve a voice and has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA).
Claire received her B.A. in Community Advocacy and Social Policy from Arizona State University in 2001.
She is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work Degree.

Calista is an essential part of the PPRS family. She has always wanted to help people and has developed a profound love for this special community evident through her career growth. Prior to accepting her current position, Calista worked for PPRS as a provider and has also been an office manager. Calista’s expertise has evolved into her important role as EVV and Billing Specialist.
Calista has a degree as a Medical Assistant and a background in Early Childhood Education as well as EMT/Paramedic experience.
Originally from Delaware, she has lived in Florida and now resides in Colorado Springs. She has two beautiful girls and enjoys reading, painting, photography, and making jewelry.

Jaime understands the full scope respite care and the void its services fulfill.
As a mother of four, she cares for three of her own special needs kids with Autism including managing medically complex diagnoses and several other rare conditions.
She has also served as a provider for PPRS prior to her accepting her current Compliance position.
Jaime has her QMAP Med Tech certification and has extensive knowledge and experience with ABA, CBT, DBT, SLP, OT, PT, and swim and play therapy.
Jaime has lived in multiple states as she is a military wife of 20 years.
She enjoys watching her daughter in competition dance, baking, photography and playing board games!

Samantha received both her B.A. and B.S. degrees in Public Affairs, Criminal Justice, and Psychology from the UCCS in 2017.
Her passion for working with young children and youth has always important to her. Becoming part of the difference in young children and youth is what drives her desire to be a part of this community and the families she serves.
Samantha enjoys all the outdoor things Colorado as to offer, especially rock climbing! Family is important to her and spending time with them is a priority.
Kristina’s role at PPRS is covers the scope of Administrative Assistant and beyond. The support she provides has proven critical to the successful implementation of efficient respite services.
She is dedicated to fulfilling her role as she deeply cares for the community and feels that helping a child develop is one of the most important things she can contribute in her lifetime. She loves being around children and the result of witnessing their growth and creativity gives her purpose and fulfillment. Kristina previously worked in the Child Development Center at Pikes Peak Community College and has earned a degree in Early Childhood Education.
She has also served as the President of the Parent Teacher Community Organization (PTCO); where she organized numerous activities and successful fundraising events. She also has 15 years of experience working with children being a caregiver out of her home.
As a cancer survivor and bone marrow transplant recipient she radiates positivity and light.
Kristina has two children and she loves to go camping while enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
Noah is a high-fidelity wraparound facilitator at Pikes Peak Respite Services. He
addresses clients; prioritized needs, coordinates services, and transitions them into success.
Before his time at PPRS, Noah worked in the mental healthcare field for over three years. He began in the area by providing care as a mental health technician working with young men coming out of the juvenile detention system to reintegrate them into the community by treating their behavioral health.
After this, he was a behavioral
health technician working with youth battling addiction in a residential addiction/mental
health dual treatment program.
These experiences honed his interpersonal skills with youth. He can get address any need or crisis that may come up. Contributing to a
therapeutic space for clients through playful activities and active listening are also skills
he has honed. He also loves to embrace the whole picture by coordinating services
amongst a professional team. He prioritizes families; values, voice, and choice. Through
the wraparound process, he is eager and energetic to get clients and families what they seek.
Meeting clients where they are at, listening to what is important to them, and
supporting that throughout their journey is what he plans to continue to excel at PPRS.
Noah received his bachelors in psychology from The University of Colorado, Colorado
Springs. He plans to attend a masters program for clinical mental health counseling to get licensure as a professional counselor in the state of Colorado in the future.
Outside of this, he stays up to date through self-education on current treatments and strategies best serve those who receive services from PPRS.
Noah loves to spend quality time with family and friends, snowboard, hike, read, cook,
and stay active in his free time. He was born and raised in Lake Carmel, New York. He
moved to Colorado Springs four years ago to further his academic, professional, and
personal life. He appreciates the community, values, and beautiful Colorado Springs weather. He plans to add value in any way he can through the services he provides at PPRS to this fantastic community.
