Beverly Seemann is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pikes Peak Respite Services (PPRS), a role that she has held since 2004. With over 17 years of experience in the respite care industry, Beverly's passion for the field stems from her personal experience as a mother of four children, three of whom have disabilities ranging from hearing loss to Asperger's Syndrome.
Beverly's dedication to providing high-quality care and services to individuals with disabilities has been evident throughout her career. She has acquired a wealth of knowledge through her active participation in caring for the unique needs of individuals and families across a spectrum of disabilities, including Down's Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder, global delays, genetic syndromes, multiple diagnoses, and behavior disorders.
Beverly's exceptional vision for PPRS has led to the growth and success of the company. Her leadership and expertise have attracted the best people to provide the most comprehensive care possible. She continuously furthers her education through professional forums and stays active in the community to ensure that PPRS remains at the forefront of the industry.

Joshua is our highly skilled Chief Communications Officer with over 21 years of experience in contract procurement, strategic planning, and financial planning. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Pikes Peak Respite Services,.
Joshua's focus on the economic health of PPRS has been instrumental in the company's growth and success. Through his strategic planning, he has been able to guide the company towards financial stability, which has allowed for the expansion of respite care services to a wider range of clients.
In addition to his financial expertise, Joshua is also an expert in federal and state policies, contracts, and Medicaid. He works closely with government agencies to ensure that PPRS is in compliance with all regulations and guidelines, which allows the company to provide the highest level of care to its clients.
Prior to joining PPRS, Joshua served in the United States Army, where he held several positions in contract procurement and financial planning for the Department of Defense. He was also an Equal Opportunity Employment Advocate, where he focused on ensuring that all personnel were treated fairly and with respect.
Joshua is a proud father of three children and lives in Colorado Springs, CO. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking in the mountains, and participating in outdoor activities.

Tiffany is a long-standing member of Pikes Peak Respite Services, having been there from the beginning. She is our IT Officer as well as the Chief Operations Office. She is deeply committed and hardworking, and her dedication stems from her own experience as a mother of a child diagnosed with Lladau Kleffner Syndrome and Autism. Tiffany has a comprehensive understanding of working with child welfare services and the many concerns surrounding child placement in consideration of each child's unique and sensitive circumstances.
Tiffany firmly believes that "You are your child's best therapist and advocate," and strives to make disability care more manageable for staff by creating easier pathways to meet their goals. As the resident IT expert, Tiffany expertly guides both staff and providers through all technical processes and continuously seeks to innovate and improve information systems' flow.
Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Tiffany has loved living in the mountains of Florissant, CO for the past 22 years. She is an active member of the Teller County community and has a particular interest in foster and adopted children. Tiffany has four children and enjoys traveling, reading, photography, music, and snow!
Jessica is a key member of PPRS and plays an important role in ensuring that all the elements work together seamlessly in the field. She brings a meticulous attention to detail to care plans and assessments, instilling a deep sense of confidence in the individuals and families who rely on PPRS for services.
As a specialist in brain injuries, Jessica possesses a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable to PPRS. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a respite services provider, gaining hands-on experience in both caregiving and homemaking. In addition, she holds a certification in brain injuries and has managed two residential group homes, supervising brain injury technicians with great success.
Jessica's educational background in Business Management has also proven useful in her role at PPRS, enabling her to effectively manage various aspects of the organization's operations.
Although originally from Long Island, NY, Jessica has been a resident of Colorado since the age of six. She now resides in Florida, where she works remotely for PPRS. Jessica is the proud mother of two teenage boys and finds working in the healthcare field to be extremely rewarding.

Janell brings a wealth of experience and compassion to our team, drawing from her education and background working with children and families. Janell is a credentialed Tier 1 Wraparound Coach and High-Fidelity Wraparound Facilitator and Mental Health Counselor. She obtained a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University in 2023 and a B.A. in Human Resource Management with a Minor in Diversity Awareness from the University of Maryland University College in 2019. As a coach, facilitator, and counselor, Janell focuses on creating a safe and nurturing space for her clients to navigate challenges and build resilience. Her expertise extends to various therapeutic modalities, allowing her to tailor approaches to meet the unique needs of each individual and family she works with.
Known for her exceptional ability to build positive relationships, Janell forms strong connections with clients, their families, and other stakeholders involved in their care. She firmly believes in recognizing and celebrating the unique strengths and qualities of every individual.
In addition to her professional expertise, Janell’s journey as a Space Force spouse has taken her overseas, where she lived and worked at a middle school in Japan. This experience has broadened her perspective and enriched her capacity to effectively engage with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Outside her professional commitments, Janell finds joy in spending time outdoors, crafting, working out, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Calista is an invaluable member of the PPRS team, known for her dedication and compassion towards individuals with special needs. Her passion for helping others led her to pursue a career in healthcare, and she has been making a positive impact on the community ever since.
Calista's previous experience as a provider and office manager at PPRS has given her a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved in providing high-quality care. Her current position as EVV and Billing Specialist is an integral part of the company's operations. Calista has a degree as a Medical Assistant and has also worked as an EMT/Paramedic, which gives her an in-depth understanding of medical billing and coding.
Aside from her professional achievements, Calista is a dedicated mother of two beautiful girls. She values spending quality time with her family and enjoying her hobbies, which include reading, painting, photography, and making jewelry. Calista is originally from Delaware but has lived in Florida and now calls Colorado Springs her home.
Brett is the Pikes Peak Respite Services Office Manager and Onboarding Specialist.
Brett is a dedicated and skilled team member of Pikes Peak Respite Services who plays a crucial role in the agency's onboarding and administrative processes. He takes pride in ensuring that all new Providers have a seamless and efficient onboarding experience, guiding them through the various stages of the application process, including training, background checks, and federal and state paperwork.
As the first point of contact in the office, Brett has a welcoming and approachable demeanor, making visitors and employees alike feel at ease. He is always ready to lend a helping hand or answer any questions that come his way.
In his free time, Brett enjoys getting outdoors and engaging in various sports activities such as surfing, dirt biking, and motorcycle riding. His love for the outdoors and adventure is balanced with his dedication to his work, making him an invaluable asset to the PPRS team..

Jaime's experience and passion for respite care have been invaluable to her role as Compliance Officer for PPRS. She intimately understands the challenges and struggles that families with special needs face, as she is a mother of four children, three of whom have Autism and complex medical diagnoses.
Jaime's extensive knowledge and experience in various therapies, such as ABA, CBT, DBT, SLP, OT, PT, and swim and play therapy, allow her to provide guidance and support to families and caregivers at PPRS.
Prior to her current position, Jaime served as a provider for PPRS and holds a QMAP Med Tech certification. She is also a military wife of 20 years and has lived in multiple states throughout her life.
Jaime is an avid baker, enjoys photography, playing board games, and watching her daughter compete in dance competitions. Her dedication to her family, community, and her work at PPRS is truly inspiring.
Claire is a dynamic professional who excels in advocating for youth and serving as a liaison between families, service providers, and government agencies. She has a deep passion for helping children and families, and this drives her to work tirelessly to ensure that they receive the care and support they need.
As a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children (CASA), Claire has gained invaluable experience advocating for the best interests of children in court cases involving abuse, neglect, and dependency. She has worked with children of all ages and backgrounds, and has a keen understanding of the complex issues they face.
Claire received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Community Advocacy and Social Policy from Arizona State University in 2021, and her Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University in 2023. She is currently perusing additional certifications and licensure, and is dedicated to staying current on the latest research, trends, and best practices in the field.
In addition to her academic achievements, Claire has an impressive track record of success in her professional roles. She has served as a care coordinator, case manager, and program director, and has worked in a variety of settings, including schools, community organizations, and government agencies. Her ability to navigate complex systems and build strong relationships with stakeholders has been critical to her success.
Claire is a dedicated and compassionate professional who is committed to improving the lives of children and families. She is a true asset to any organization, and her expertise and leadership make her a valuable member of the PPRS team.

Samantha's dedication to serving children and youth began during her undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, where she obtained dual degrees in Public Affairs, Criminal Justice, and Psychology in 2017. Throughout her studies, Samantha developed a passion for working with young children and has since been dedicated to making a positive difference in their lives.
Prior to joining PPRS, Samantha worked for a nonprofit organization that served low-income families and children. In this role, she worked to ensure that children had access to resources and support that could help them thrive. She has also volunteered as a mentor and tutor for at-risk youth, which has further fueled her passion for helping young people succeed.
As part of the PPRS team, Samantha is dedicated to supporting families and individuals with disabilities by ensuring that they receive the best possible care. She brings her knowledge and experience to her work, and is always striving to learn more and improve her skills.
When Samantha is not working, she enjoys spending time outdoors and taking advantage of all that Colorado has to offer. She is an avid rock climber and enjoys hiking, camping, and skiing. Family is also important to Samantha, and she makes spending time with them a priority.
Jasmaine Campbell brings a rich tapestry of experience and dedication to her work supporting youth and families with complex needs. Her career has encompassed a variety of roles that highlight her commitment to advocacy and care for vulnerable populations.
Starting with her finding her passion in supporting others at the age of 14 as a peer mentor at a summer camp that encourages social, emotional, and relational growth. Which not only help hone her interpersonal skills with youth, and professionals but also deepened her understanding of empathy and meeting others where they are at in their journey. After four years of peer mentorship Jasmaine went on to attend Northern Arizona University and received a Bachelor of Science in Psychological Sciences, during college Jasmaine interned as an advocate, actively supporting runaway homeless youth and their families, gaining valuable firsthand experience that intensified her passion for helping others. Her journey continued as a Correctional Officer in Georgia, where she assisted offenders in their rehabilitation and successful community reintegration.
Moving to Colorado, Jasmaine became a mental health technician at a residential treatment center for at risk youth and quickly worked her way to lead. In this position she played a pivotal role in establishing a peer mentorship program and treatment initiatives. Her experience also includes crisis intervention work, where she provided stability and support to individuals in moments of acute need, helping to develop safety plans, coping skills, and knowledge to connect to additional resources.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Jasmaine is a Military spouse and finds joy in spending time with her family – husband, son, and their two dogs. She channels her creativity through painting and embraces the energetic art form of Step, alongside her passion for music, which she enjoys collecting on vinyl records.
As a member of PPRS, Jasmaine remains dedicated to supporting youth and families with personalized care, continually striving for growth, and learning in her mission to positively impact lives. Her background and genuine enthusiasm to empower others in their journey to growth and positive change makes her a valuable asset to PPRS.
Demetria is a dedicated social worker and advocate with a wealth of experience in the social services field and personal insight as a mother of a medically and behaviorally complex son. As a military spouse, she has navigated multiple relocations and deployments, gaining firsthand knowledge of military culture, Exceptional Family Member Services, and Medicaid waiver programs across Colorado, California, Indiana, and Texas. This unique perspective allows her to understand how these variables impact family systems, especially children.
To better serve families and advocate for individuals with diverse abilities and diagnoses, Demetria earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, concentrating on Families and Children and sub-concentrating on Military Families. Her education and experiences have equipped her to address the complex needs of military families and those navigating Medicaid systems.
In her role as Operations Administrator at Pikes Peak Respite Services (PPRS), Demetria is committed to advocating for clients and families. She acts as a liaison between community agencies and Medicaid recipients, developing new and existing programs to better serve the community. Her dedication ensures that family systems have access to the resources and opportunities they need.
Previously, Demetria worked as a vocational consultant and researcher, assessing clients’ abilities, education, skills, and medical documentation to generate vocational evaluation reports for legal representation in marital dissolution, personal injury, long-term disability, and workers' compensation cases in California.
As a social work intern at the Child and Family Services of Southwestern Michigan, she conducted crisis intakes, risk assessments, and safety planning. She co-facilitated domestic violence support groups, provided individual counseling using Motivational Interviewing and Problem-Solving therapy techniques, and engaged in play therapy to empower children at the Safe Shelter. Demetria also provided legal advocacy and supportive counseling in coordination with Berrien County Court, the Prosecutor's Office, probation offices, and Child Protective Services.
In her free time, Demetria enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling, and cooking.

Rebecca Crofoot is a highly experienced Agency Efficiency Manager Professional at Pikes Peak Respite Services. With a strong background in franchise ownership and nonprofit management, Rebecca has a wealth of knowledge in operations, finance, HR, and administration. Her passion for helping others is evident in her work, and she thrives on providing support from behind the scenes.
Outside of work, Rebecca is a proud mother of a creative daughter who constantly amazes her with new hobbies. Her husband is a veteran in the Army, and they are kept busy with their four dogs. Rebecca is also a passionate animal rescuer and has fostered over 55 dogs in just over two years.
When Rebecca is not busy with work or animal rescue, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places. Her favorite vacation was a two-week trip to Australia where she got to hold a Koala, feed kangaroos, and wild dolphins. Pikes Peak Respite Services is fortunate to have Rebecca as a part of their team, and she continues to make a significant impact on the agency's growth and development.

Kylee is our Lead Field supervisor for El Paso County,
and the PPRS HFW Family Support Partner
Kylee is a passionate and dedicated individual who was born and raised in upstate NY. After graduating high school and college in 2007 with a degree in animal science, she quickly realized that her true calling was in helping people. In 2019, Kylee moved her family to Colorado to pursue her career in special needs care.
As a mother of four children, each with their own unique needs, Kylee has extensive hands-on experience caring for kids with Autism, ODD, sensory processing disorder, depression, ticks, stimming, and compromised immune systems. In September 2019, Kylee joined Pikes Peak Respite Service as a provider, where she quickly excelled and stood out as a top performer.
With her exceptional skills and commitment to helping others, it was only natural that Kylee was offered a position in the administrative team at Pikes Peak Respite Service. In her role as an admin, she continues to use her experience and expertise to support and advocate for special needs families.
In her free time, Kylee enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, skiing, and exploring all that Colorado has to offer. She is a true asset to the Pikes Peak Respite Service team, and we are grateful to have her on board.
Kristina has a rich background in early childhood education, having worked at the Pikes Peak State College Child Development Center while earning her degree. For over 15 years, she owned a successful licensed and credentialed childcare home, nurturing and caring for children while focusing on their development and creativity, reinforcing her commitment to child development. Passionate about child development, she believes in the profound impact she can have on children's growth by planting seeds of creativity and connection. During those 15 years, she managed numerous activities and fundraising efforts while serving on the board and as President of the Parent Teacher Community Organization (PTCO), fostering strong communications with parents and educators.
Outside of her professional life, Kristina is a mother of two who loves cooking, camping, and embarking on spontaneous road trips with family and friends. She cherishes moments in nature, being around a campfire, sharing stories and making lasting memories, embracing every opportunity to connect and enjoy life.
